The Seller is ALSO the lender in a seller-financed transaction, however, instead of the seller handing over money to the buyer in the form a loan (like a bank would), the seller would allow US to make payments to THEM during the course of a rehab project.
This can be a great Win-Win. Our financing cost go down, so we can typically pay a bit more for the property, and the Seller can make a tidy profit along the way.
